📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on die casting machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in die casting machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and modifications to existing machines.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for machine maintenance and repair.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for machine operation and maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs in a detailed logbook.
• Participate in shift work as required to support 24/7 production operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in die casting machine maintenance and repair.
• Proven experience with a variety of die casting machines, including hot chamber and cold chamber machines.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks for machine design and modification.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in die casting machines.
• Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
