🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality management, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp or resort management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and guests.,Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and familiar with project management tools.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
