In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

As our HRGA SPV, you will work closely with the HR team and other departments to implement HR strategies that align with our company's vision. You will handle employee benefits, payroll, and office administration, utilizing tools like SAP and Microsoft Office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Coordinate office administration tasks, including procurement, facility management, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documents.
• Participate in performance reviews and appraisals to support employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HRGA or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
