SHIFT Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various departments to achieve our organizational goals and maintain high levels of productivity and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving business growth.
