📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
