📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Manage inventory levels and order stock to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that the store complies with all company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
