📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and ensure product availability.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution efficiency and address any issues.,Generate and analyze reports on distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide support and training to distribution team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution challenges.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
