📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
