Design and develop innovative plastic moulds for our products,Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings,Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for plastic mould projects,Oversee the production of plastic moulds and ensure quality control,Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure product quality and performance,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the plastic mould industry,Mentor and train junior designers to ensure the continued success of our product development process,Manage and optimize the design and production process to improve efficiency and reduce costs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic mould design and development,Proven track record of success in the plastic mould industry,Strong knowledge of plastic moulding processes, materials, and tooling,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and innovation
