In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and supervision of structural projects, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project completion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural elements and systems for healthcare facilities.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.,Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings for project documentation.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in structural engineering.,Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proficiency in using structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to healthcare facilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
