📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintain a clean and organized store environment,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Participate in training and development programs for store staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluent in Indonesian and English
