📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor integrated pest management (IPM) strategies to protect crops from pests and diseases.
• Conduct regular scouting and monitoring of crops to identify signs of pests and diseases.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of pest and disease occurrences, treatments, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the HPT team to identify and implement control measures, including biological, cultural, and chemical methods.
• Provide training and support to farmers on IPM practices and best management techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in pest and disease management through continuous learning and professional development.
• Work with the team to develop and implement research projects aimed at improving pest and disease management practices.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and standards related to pest and disease management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Pathology, Entomology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest and disease management, preferably in integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
• Strong understanding of agroecological principles and sustainable farming practices.
• Proficiency in using pest and disease management software, such as PestNet or IPM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different locations within Kalimantan Barat.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
