📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to staff and patients.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Manage and maintain IT equipment and supplies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of our website and online systems.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Familiarity with common IT software and tools.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with dental software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
