Klinik Putri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Junior IT Support to join our team. As a Junior IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Monitor and maintain network security and performance.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and records.
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with IT support software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
