📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
