You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with various departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including inventory management, production planning, and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently, if required.
