📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.,Support the operations team in managing and maintaining office equipment and technology.,Assist in the organization and coordination of events, workshops, and other activities.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of operational reports and documents.,Support the operations team in managing and maintaining inventory and supplies.,Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.,Provide general support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management principles is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
