📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of Quick Home Berjaya projects,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Maintain and update project documentation and reports,Provide technical support and guidance to project teams,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process,Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the quality and integrity of the projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to construction
