📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
