📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments.,Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring they are within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
