Oversee the quality assurance and automation processes for our products,Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our products,Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance and automation specialists,Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance and automation,Report on the quality of our products to senior management,Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,5+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes,Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment🛠️ Keahlian
