Net Store Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, as well as ensuring that they are motivated and engaged.

Manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Train and develop your team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.,Ensure that all team members are motivated and engaged, and that they are working together effectively.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, and provide feedback and support as needed.,Ensure that all team members are following company policies and procedures, and that they are complying with all relevant laws and regulations.,Liaise with other departments and teams, as needed, to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record of managing and developing teams, and improving team performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.,Familiarity with retail or sales operations, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.,Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
