📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
