📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage the cash drawer and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
• Assist in table management, including seating guests and taking orders
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are processed and delivered correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed
