📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the enrichment centre, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all programs and activities.
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities that align with our centre's mission and goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student support.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and ensure a supportive home-school partnership.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to teachers and students as needed.
• Collaborate with other centres and stakeholders to share best practices and innovate in educational approaches.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Represent the centre at community events and meetings, promoting our mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in educational leadership.
• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or similar role in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of educational best practices, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using educational management software, such as PowerSchool or similar systems.
• Certification in educational leadership or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
