In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop detailed cost estimates using industry-standard software such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project. Your daily tasks will include analyzing project specifications, gathering data from various sources, and preparing accurate cost estimates that align with project budgets and timelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects using Procore and Primavera.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather data and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on cost variances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction estimating.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial construction.
• Proficient in using estimating software such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Construction Estimating (e.g., CCE) is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and industry standards.
