In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our logistics and transportation activities, from scheduling and route planning to monitoring and reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the logistics and transportation operations for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and other essential goods.
• Coordinate with local and international partners to ensure seamless supply chain management.
• Develop and implement route planning and scheduling strategies using SAP and Fleet Management Systems.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of logistics and transportation activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve logistics and transportation operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation coordination, preferably in the palm oil industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Fleet Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of local and international transportation regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local and international partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
