📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of building systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain building systems and equipment using state-of-the-art tools and software, such as SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Provide technical support and advice to other departments on building systems and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of building systems and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering, with a focus on building systems and equipment.
• Certification in relevant areas, such as LEED, BREEAM, or other green building certifications, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using state-of-the-art tools and software, such as SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
